We want you to love your stencils. If something isn't right, here's exactly how our returns work.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns requested after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging.
Stencils must be free of paint, adhesive residue, or any signs of use.
Custom or personalized stencils are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

Orders are carefully packed and ship within 1–2 business days. During sales or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted.
Standard Shipping — arrives within 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping — arrives within 2–3 business days.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We ship to select countries outside the United States.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country.
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team. We'll work directly with the carrier to track it down and help make things right.
